A flooded studio and an abandoned SD card. 

Trip-hop & chillwave artist GIZA DREAM found himself in a tumultuous summer of death, destruction, and the birth of his first child. In between it all the living room became a gallimaufry of equipment wired down to a SP-404 that served as a sketch pad of sounds and melody. 

A year had passed and the SD card resurfaced in the newly rebuilt studio. Fragments of emotion from the past were met with the present day, melting and reconfiguring to something that couldn’t be imagined during their conception. 

There is a duality of combining writing before and after these major life events that charges DELTA DEATH with a vibe both light and dark - born from chaos to be solidified after the dust settled. It was written as impartial observation to things out of our control.

Released digitally on all major streaming platforms and limited edition cassette, DELTA DEATH is an adventurous sampling collage that pulls from many inspirations. Warm, energetic, and inquisitive vibes pulse from GIZA DREAM’s 4th full length release.
