Drawing from a rock guitar background, Justin Vitale of Temporary Creature replicates the energy of a live band by pushing digital instruments to their extremes. Going with the approach of “making any instrument work” for the arrangements, the sonic palette of the album is composed of a wide variety of sounds that weren’t chosen for their qualities, but rather to force a juxtaposition within the songs.
